MISSION STATEMENT

Urban Entrepreneur America (UEA) has a mission to assist in the reconstruction and revitalization of inner city youth, through the development and nurturing of inner city youth's knowledge and experience. This knowledge transfer and accumulation of real-world experience includes the necessary skills and information to make them socially adept as well as mold them into good citizens.

UEA also strives to teach the business principles that America has been built on, encouraging those participating in the program, to apply what they have learned to their own lives. Couple this with extensive mentoring and America’s time-testedentrepreneurial vision, participants will have every opportunity for success.

To accomplish such goals, UEA should always look to partner with the established corporate world, academia, government, religious organizations and individuals that are committed to the development of youth as well as their spiritual and personal growth. Urban renewal, based on youth development, will produce a self-sustaining power that will stand on its own. Once UEA has anchored its programs into the inner city, it will supply sustainability through committed and intensified mentorship, on every level. As individual success becomes evident, urban settings will be infused with aroused enthusiasm to
participate in the work of community building.
